Will a wrap protect my paint underneath?

Yes, from UV and light abrasion. A vinyl wrap acts as a sacrificial layer — factory paint underneath stays garage-fresh as long as the wrap is installed on undamaged paint. For rock chip and gravel protection, you need paint protection film (PPF) instead of or under vinyl. Some clients wrap over PPF on high-value vehicles for both effects.

Can I take my wrapped car through a car wash?

Hand wash only. Automatic touchless car washes with harsh acid pre-soaks damage vinyl edges within 20-30 washes. Brush car washes are strictly off-limits for wrapped vehicles. We include a written care guide with every wrap install: rinseless or two-bucket handwash, pH-neutral shampoo, no pressure washers within 12 inches of edges.

Can you remove a wrap without damaging paint?

Yes, if the wrap is removed within the manufacturer's warranty window (7 years for 3M 2080) and the underlying paint was factory-original or a professionally repainted panel. Removal takes 4-8 hours depending on vehicle size and includes adhesive residue cleanup. Vinyl removed years past warranty may leave adhesive that requires additional cleaning time; we quote removal individually.

What we wrap

Vinyl wrap is a full-adhesive film that goes over your factory paint, changing the color and finish without permanent modification. Peel it off years later, factory paint intact, resale value protected.

We wrap in three categories: full color-change (all painted panels, exact factory match on jambs and inside door edges), partial accent wraps (hood, roof, mirrors, accent stripes), and commercial fleet wraps (branded vehicle graphics, contractor trucks, delivery fleets, and business branding).

For long-term paint protection with a color change, we also install full-body color-change PPF — same visual result, but the film also stops rock chips. Ask us which is right for your vehicle at consultation.

Finish options

We stock the premium films: 3M 2080 series, Avery Supreme Wrapping Film, and Inozetek Super Gloss.

Satin: soft sheen, hides swirls, most-requested finish. Colors from stealth black to satin frozen white.
Matte: true no-reflection finish. Requires slightly more careful washing.
Gloss: showroom sheen. Looks closest to a factory respray.
Chrome and satin chrome: high-visibility metallic finishes. Premium pricing.
Color-flip: shift-color films that read one color at one angle and another at the next. Statement build only.
Custom prints: for fleet branding, graphics, and commercial identity.
